Advanced Mediation Service

 specializes in alternative dispute resolution, i.e. - resolution of disputes in a manner that is more efficient, speedier and less expensive than traditional judicial determination. Mediation is aimed at the parties’ reaching a resolution or settlement of all or most of the issues in a matter through the assistance of the mediator. Another form of alternative dispute resolution is through arbitration or the services of a “private judge.” This method does not depend upon agreement between the parties, but rather calls for an arbitrator or private judge to hear and decide the matter in a more streamlined and speedier process than traditional judicial decision making. Advanced Mediation Service can provide services through a mediator, arbitrator or private judge. We also provide legal consultation and expert witness services.
